Boneshaker at Artcrank London

Artcrank London has its opening party this Friday at Plain Wall Projects in London… I am really chuffed to be one of the artists showing/selling my new print. More information on the show can be found on the Facebook page.

After the show, the remaining prints will be available from our web shop, so come down to the show or keep and eye out on the shop…

Knoth / Kenneally Photography Talk

Good friend of the magazine Mike Lusmore (see issue 9 article on Digmore and his work on his site) has put together a great talk with two photography. No bikes, but a very interesting talk by the sounds of it – in Mike’s words…:
“Two photographers working long term stories  - Social Inequality in NY and the Afghan Heroin trail across the world – it really should be a great night.
The talk takes place from 6.30pm on the 12th July 2012 at The Island, Bridewell St, Bristol. You can read more about it on thehinterlands.co.uk by clicking on the talks button and you can also pre-order tickets there. There are also tickets on the door and there will be a bar too.
The photographers talking are Brenda Ann Kenneally (therawfile.org) and Robert Knoth (robertknoth.com). The pair from New York and the Netherlands respectively are both passionate storytellers and will be speaking about their long term work.”

Bristol Cycle Festival talk – Tues 10th July

On Tues 10th July, our very own John Coe (Creative Director) and Mike White (Co-Editor) of Bristol-based Boneshaker magazine, explain how they celebrate the great things that happen when people and bikes meet by gathering words and pictures from all over the world and turning them into a bike-related magazine like no other.

All talks take place at Create Centre starting at 6.00 pm, and are free, unless otherwise stated. For more information on the Bristol Cycle Festival, click here.
